FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I GET CONNECTED?

Once you have decided which internet package is appropriate for your needs, a TNT Tech customer service provider will schedule a time for an installer to visit your home or business and complete an install. Prior to the visit, a site survey will be performed based on the address provided. Once the installer has installed our equipment onto your home, you will be connected!

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE PEAK USAGE TIMES ARE?

Sunday evenings, when most households are home and catching up from the weekend or preparing for the week ahead, bandwidth is stretched very thin, causing some lag across the entire fiber line. This is very common and peak usage times vary throughout the week with a few common days or times.

IS THE MODEM PRICE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY ACCESS FEE OR IS WILL I BE CHARGED A RENTAL FEE EACH MONTH?

The only charges that will be owed to TNT Tech Internet are the monthly internet fee based on the chosen package and a one-time installation fee.

Acquiring a router is the responsibility of the customer prior to installation. Routers can easily be ordered here.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN EACH INTERNET PACKAGE ACCOMMODATE?

Each internet package offered can accommodate a full household. The difference between each package offered is based on the needs of the household and how much bandwidth is utilized and needed to perform necessary tasks.
If your household or business has more than 1-2 people using the internet and streaming or scrolling, we recommend choosing a higher Mbps package.

HOW DO I PAY? HOW DO I SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS?

WILL THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES (EMF) AFFECT ME?

Once the service installation is complete, you will receive an email invitation to our Client Zone. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

Once you have created your new password and logged into the Client Zone, you will be presented with a dashboard home page.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, there will be 4 icons. The top one is to return to the dashboard page. The second one is to navigate to any invoices (Billing). The third will connect you with a team member for Support. The fourth is a gear icon to change account settings.

  • To pay an outstanding invoice, click on the second icon (Billing) and navigate to the proper overdue invoice. Once there, follow the prompts to pay online.

  • If you wish to set up recurring payments, you will click on the gear icon (Settings).

  • Once on this page, navigate to the Payments tab.

  • Set the recurring payments to withdraw within the first week of each month as that is our billing period. Ex., set payments for the 1st of each month. Enter the amount of the service package you are receiving and hit Save.

  • You will then proceed with entering in your personal billing information. After completion, you will have the option to navigate back to our Client Zone.

Your wireless WiFi router uses RF (Radio Frequency) energy to connect you to the internet. Whether you have the new 5G router or a high powered WiFi or our favorite Eco- Low Power router, all routers emit High-Frequency Radio Waves or non-ionizing radiation.

This is exactly the same type of "information-carrying radio wave" that comes from cell phones and smart meters, laptops, baby monitors, tablets, and computers: a type of electromagnetic field, or EMF.
